Yoga Meditation Workshop in Kassandra, Halkidiki



In this theme-holiday we combine an ambitious self discovery seminar with profound practices surrounded by anemies of a high quality stay in a private resort in immediate vicinity to the beach.

The participants of this retreat can expect an intense spiritual insight in the versatile world of traditional Yoga-teachings, Meditation-practices, Chakra-balancing Reiki-treatments and the principles of Ayurveda.

The Yoga instructor provides over 20 years of profound experience in various techniques of Yoga, Reiki and Meditation. On her path of spirituality she had the opportunity to learn from mentors all around the world. Her Reiki Master initiation she took as the 6th in line after Dr. Usui. She takes her function as Yoga instructor serious without being dogmatic.

The program is styled for 7 days. After this week the workshop can be expanded individually by a personal training on the preferred Yoga and Meditation Techniques.

The Yoga-Meditation retreat takes place in the beautiful environment of the Wendow-Resort on Kassandra peninsula in Chalkidiki. The sympatric owners created this place in a holistic wellbeing concept. The area is characterized by green yards and trees with direct access to the beach. The villas provide a pleasant stay.

We are highly intended to realize this Yoga-Meditation-Reiki-workshop as barrier-free as possible and accessible for everyone. The owner of the Wendow-Resort is medically educated but everyone of our team is motivated to enable also disabled persons equally fascinating holiday-experience without limits. If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

This theme-holiday offers insights into traditional yoga-teaches but also gives space for free individual development to offer you the perfect retreat. The yoga-workshops can be individually styled and extended.

The workshop starts with a practice of the realization of the true ‘self’ and the actual meaning of the Indian welcome greeting ‘Namaste’
Basic principle of interconnection.
Practice in meeting each regarding the realization of each other’s spirit. Aim is a spiritual approach.

1993: Study of the science of the human energetic body.

1994-1998: traditional Ving Tsung Kung Fu. Prof: Berry Lee,

1999-2016: Traditional Reiki according to Dr. Usui. Her master degree was initiated by Prof: Ilona Kraus. (6th inauguration line after Dr. Usui):
Inauguration lines: Dr. Usui - Hayashi - Takata - Barbara Ray – A teacher, name unknown - Ilona Krauss - Vrinda Devi Graf.
Specialization and Certificate: Master and Teacher in Reiki.

2003-2005: traditional alternative medicine an the school Thalamus in Stuttgart. Therapy methods: Bach flowers Dr. Bach, Dorn and Breuß spinal column massage, Homeopathy, Acupressure, Pendulum, Biochemical therapy Key salts, Shamanism. Etc.

2006-2012: Head and student of the traditional Yoga Center "Amitabhaya" near Stuttgart. Learned Yoga Techniques: Brambha Rishi Yogiraj Shree Devraha Baba.
Teaching Yoga Techniques: Karma Yoga, Bakti Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Tantric Yoga, Gyan Yoga, Pranayama, Mantra Yoga, Transcendence Buddhist Meditation, Advaita Vedanta, Kashmir Shivaism. Science of gemstone therapy and semi-precious stone therapy

The Location



Wendows Villa Resort in Pefkochori, Chalkidiki, Greece

The Wendow Resort provides an unique melange of luxury and rooted relacation and located to direct access to a private sandy beach. Every detail is arranged for elemental well-being. In the park you find pillows under the trees and waterspout fountains surrounded by flowers. The colors are characterized by the green vegetation and the sea. This Resort provides the perfect location for a yoga-meditation-retreat and a versatile theme-holiday on the peninsula Kassanda in Chalkidiki.

This workshop is held in the Wendows resort; It's luxury in a 'feel-good' way.
The resort consists of 4 Villas surrounded by a private park and next to the sea.
Every Villa has a fully equipped kitchen and 4 double rooms.

The Resort also has the advantage of a benefited location and provides a silent environment but also easy access to the nearby village.

Wendows Yogi Breakfast



A warm lemon drink first thing in the morning to kick start the digestion and flush out the toxins from the night. Hydrating first thing in the morning, gives you an energizing start to the day.


A fresh fruit and vegetable juice will give you a nutritional boost plus the water content allows easier absorption. Try apple, orange, celery and cucumber or carrot, apple, beet root, celery and a piece of ginger. Any of your favorite combinations work, just be conscious not to add too much fruit. High water content vegetables like celery and cucumber are a great way to water the sugar content down but still giving you taste and nutrition.


A high protein smoothie, preferably with added greens for a chlorophyll boost plus a piece of wholegrain toast and nut butter is a satisfying start to the day. Try ripe banana, a handful of berries, kale leaves, hemp or sprouted rice protein powder and maca powder. Just add water and blend until silky smooth.


Green tea and chai are nice accompanying hot drinks on a cool day. Enjoy the occasional organic coffee with friends but don’t overdo this little luxury- your adrenals will thank you for it!


Try mixing different proportions of rolled oats or quinoa, amaranth, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, sultanas, goji berries and cinnamon. Chop a banana and top with raw honey and your choice of milk and you have an energy filled start to the day.


Biodynamic and organic yoghurt is a lighter breakfast option. Sprinkle with a high protein mix such as quinoa, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds and goji berries. Top with mixed berries or your choice of fruit.


Not all bread is created equal but two slices of essene (sprouted grain bread) or sourdough rye is a wholesome savory option. Spread half an avocado and add thin slices of tomato, fresh basil and some cracked pepper.


Poach, boil or fry or scramble with a little coconut oil two eggs for a high protein fix. Eat with baby spinach, tomato and mushrooms on the side. This is ideal for the weekend and those days where you need more on your plate.
