ROUTE KASSANDRIA - LEKANI - FOURKA
A beautiful path into the center of the peninsula Kassandra. The tour starts in Kassandria and leads through the inland to the old mountain village Fourka. During this interesting tour you pass the 'Lekani'-area ('basin'-area), known as the place with famous natural ice-cold water from the fountain of Epanochori near the chapel of St. Athanasius (built 1930). Close to Fourka you can visit a very old church to admire its frescoes (Virgin Malfroutsa).
